Stop sabotaging yourself and your goals with negative self-talk and self-abuse. If we really pay attention to the way we talk to ourselves, we would see how hard we are on ourselves. You can choose to speak to yourself differently. For example you can change the words “I wish I had more time,” to the words “I make time and take time to do what I need to do.” See how easy that is. Change from “I wish” to “I am or I do” and you will literally change your mind. Try it…you’ll be amazed at the results!
