When I first started working with Annette Pieper, I had a goal to get fit. I had a knee injury that plagued me, and kept me from extensive training, as well as impeded many sports I would try or do. I just wanted to feel and be strong! Within 6 weeks of working out with Annette's plans and instructions, I found my body toning, my strength increasing, and my knee progressively more flexible! Beyond the exercises, Annette encouraged me to find the mind-body connection that would allow my thoughts and intent to flow in conjunction with my body and strength goals. I found myself having much more energy, vitality, and vigor. Her methods of personal training moved beyond the physical body into the whole person, and helped not only to restore my body and my mind to its original strength, but far beyond it! I am deeply grateful for the work I did with Annette, and her personal instruction, which brought my mind and body back into harmony, and back into strong, physical activity.
